On Tuesday 29th July 1997 PW was the Walkabout Character of “Captain Caveman” between 3:30pm and 4:00pm. It was during this period that an incident occurred between him and his Chaperone, which resulted in the use of inappropriate language whilst in suit.

By his own admission, PW did not follow the correct procedure as outlined in The Secrets to your Success page 22 “Everyday Responsibilities for All” which states “Maintain a friendly, courteous attitude towards all Guests and Fellow Employees”

PW has been fully trained.

PW’s actions are in clear breach of AWL policy as outlined in Secrets to Your Success pg 22, “On-Duty Conduct” stating that:

“You are ‘ON-STAGE’ from the moment you enter the Park.” and pg 43 “Unacceptable Behaviours and Actions”, point

2) Displaying any discourteous behaviour, arguing, using offensive language or any other form of insubordination towards Guests or Park Staff.

PW has been counselled by BW and understands that any further breach can lead to termination.
